On 12 august, runescape released the runecrafting guild.
there was a high requirement of 50 runecrafting to enter.
it is an interesting place with a new f2p mini game.
there is also a new talisman that can be used to craft any rune.
this gave me the idea to get to 50 runecrafting ASAP.
but then.
being the more pensive person, i asked myself,
"how would this affect me?"
i got my answer today.

i was mining rune essence as usual for training runecraft
when someone asked whether anyone was selling rune essence.
i said no.
he just screamed and went,"3 day (of buying)max price (rune ess) and still no one selling.."
i infered that everyone was holding onto their rune essences.
therefore, the price of rune essence has to go up.
so i checked the grand exchange prices.
and yes, the price of rune essence is definitely rising.
this is due to more people holding on to their rune essence so that they can train their runecrafting.
also, many people who are lazy to mine rune essence themselves try to buy some.
therefore, demand>supply, causing rise in rune essence price.
so now i'm in a dilemma.
should i sell the rune essence i mined when the price of rune essence is at max,
or keep it and train to lvl 50 runecraft?
hope i derive with an answer soon.
